The Welkte

The world died in desiccation.

Dorothea Magaly and Rosalind Graciana are running out of time. The Welkte soon approaches, and they have only a night's rest before they must perform the ritual that will seal it for good. When the dawn comes, will they be ready? Can they do what needs to be done? Have they sunk their teeth too deep to let go without ripping and tearing?

The Welkte is a tragic fantasy t4t yuri romance story about living, loving, and letting go. It features themes of suicide & suicidal ideation, (fantasy) terminal illness, mortality, death, and descriptions of injury. Some scenes visually feature implied nudity, violence, and blood. It is recommended for mature audiences only.

The game is playable in browser, but I recommend downloading it for the best experience. Estimated runtime of around half an hour.

Beta Release Notes

The current (as of 31/01) version of The Welkte is a beta release. The script is complete, but the VN is missing most backgrounds, sprite variants, and all sound/music. These are intended to be added in a future update, if the fates permit.
